Looking for one or two locum providers to help fill the below shifts.
Bids must be correct and complete in order for us to process. Any bids submitted with missing rates or CV's,
incorrect license information provided, no specific availability etc. will be declined.
Rates: Hourly, OT, Holiday, Orientation. OT applies after 12 hours.
License: If provider has an IMLC it must be listed as a license on the bid. Site will decline bid if this is not
clearly stated.
Docs: CV must be uploaded.
Other Details: Give providers availability for the shifts below. We will prioritize providers who are able to
cover all/most of the shifts.

Cross cover (APP Noc) is 10 hours.
