Develop, implement, and maintain Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs) and Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs).
Perform routine job site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
Lead pre-task planning meetings, toolbox talks, and daily safety briefings.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and develop corrective action plans.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and client-specific safety requirements.
Coordinate employee safety orientations and ongoing safety training.
Maintain safety documentation, reports, inspection records, and compliance metrics.
Partner with project managers, superintendents, and field crews to foster a culture of safety and accountability.
