Customer Service Specialist

In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers, clients, dealership personnel, and internal teams by providing exceptional customer support, coordinating travel logistics, and ensuring seamless program execution.

Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for training participants, dealership personnel, clients, and internal team members.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a professional, timely, and customer-focused manner.
• Deliver exceptional service while building positive relationships with stakeholders.

Travel Coordination

• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotel accommodations, and rental vehicles for attendees, clients, and team members.
• Ensure travel details are accurate, cost-effective, and aligned with program requirements.
• Provide support for travel-related changes and unexpected issues as needed.

Program Support

• Support the day-to-day operations of multiple program initiatives.
• Assist with scheduling, logistics, coordination, and administrative tasks.
• Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities while adapting to evolving business needs.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and program activities within CRM and tracking systems.
• Ensure documentation is complete, organized, and readily accessible.
• Assist with reporting and data management activities as needed.

Issue Resolution

• Proactively identify and resolve customer, travel, or program-related challenges.
• Exercise critical thinking and sound judgment to minimize disruptions.
• Escalate issues appropriately and partner with internal teams or vendors to achieve resolution.

Collaboration & Accountability

• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and consistently deliver high-quality results.
• Work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Contribute to a positive team culture through effective communication and partnership.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in customer service, travel coordination, hospitality, administrative support, or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Additional Information

• Full-time, on-site position.
