Responsibilities include: Admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians Medication administration Following infection control, emergency protocols, and other center policies Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide optimal care Identifying and reporting abnormal changes in residents’ conditions Delivering nursing care for long-term or rehabilitative needs Collecting patient/resident data, observations, and reports Implementing and evaluating care plans according to regulations Supervising and directing caregiving staff in specific situations Maintaining documentation and equipment knowledge Ensuring confidentiality and respecting patient/resident rights Qualifications: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the State CPR certification required Two years of prior nursing experience preferred Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals and make a meaningful difference in our residents’ lives! #J-18808-Ljbffr Hawthornevillageofocala
