About the job Home-Based Reservation Specialist Home-Based Reservation Specialist Remote – United States Headquartered in Ephrata, PA Jones Express Travel Agency USA is seeking a Remote Travel Specialist to assist clients with planning and managing travel arrangements. This position supports travelers throughout the booking process and provides ongoing customer service before, during, and after travel. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a remote work environment and is committed to delivering high-quality client service. Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms. Research and coordinate travel arrangements including air, hotel, transportation, cruises, and packaged travel. Process booking changes, cancellations, and special requests accurately. Provide up-to-date information on travel documentation and destination requirements. Maintain accurate client records and itineraries. Follow up with clients to confirm travel details and ensure satisfaction. Resolve issues professionally and in a timely manner. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Proficiency with web-based systems and ability to learn booking platforms quickly. High attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Work Structure Remote position (U.S.-based applicants only). Flexible scheduling within established service hours. Independent work environment with team support and ongoing training.
