We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team on an evening shift. As an RBT with Mastermind Behavior Services, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy to our clients. Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and refine therapy plans
• Provide individualized support to clients with ASD in a clinic or home setting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and therapy sessions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, human services)
• Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evening shifts
