Now Hiring: Resident Assistant
Responsibilities:
Assists in maintaining a healthful, safe environment
Provide 1:1 observations of residents in need
Monitor resident behavior and communicate to nursing as needed
Provide non-medical personal care, light housekeeping
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently or part of a group.
Computer knowledge.
Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required
