Your primary responsibility is to drive sales while creating a friendly, helpful, and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer.

You will:

• Engage with customers and help them select the right lumber, tools, finishes, and materials for their projects.
• Ask questions, understand customer needs, and recommend products that help them complete their projects successfully.
• Build product knowledge so you can confidently explain options and make recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phones and assist customers with product availability, pricing, and general questions.
• Keep merchandise displays clean, organized, stocked, and looking their best.
• Help maintain a clean and organized showroom and sales counter.
• Assist with inventory counts and product organization.
• Encourage customers to join and participate in our loyalty program.
• Assist with basic milling and cutting services as needed.
• Support daily store operations and complete additional tasks assigned by management.
