Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Hold current Indiana SLP license
• DOE certification required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience is highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver speech and language interventions for students
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ communication needs
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in accordance with educational standards
• Provide consultative services and educational resources to staff and families as needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
