Duties include preparing tables prior to events, taking guest orders, serving both beverages and multiple course meals, and event clean up. Setting each event specific to the group’s requests and needs to include all tableware as trained. Kindly and professionally greet guests upon arrival, providing the highest level of customer service throughout reception and event, while paying close attention to detail. Collaborating with other waitstaff and dishwasher for post event clean up and dishes. Qualifications Two years of customer service experience required, preferably in a food and beverage setting. Exhibits clear communication skills and demonstrates ability to work well alone and in a group setting. Responds well to changing environments, remaining flexible and patient while communicating with guests and colleagues. Events occur Monday through Friday, both day and evening shifts available - with majority evenings. Weekend Schedule: Limited weekend events.
