Caregiver for Elderly - Flexible Schedule - Senior Care

Benevolent Hearts Home Care is seeking experienced Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants, and Senior Care Professionals to join our growing home care team. Our caregivers help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while providing the compassionate support families rely on.

Caregiver & CNA Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene assistance.
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, gait belts, and Hoyer lifts when needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Support clients living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
- Assist stroke recovery and hospice clients as directed by the care plan.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
- Monitor client condition and report changes to office staff.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
- Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, or Home Care experience
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Must provide TB test results or chest X-ray within 10 days of hire
