In this role, you will work hands-on in the lab, collaborating closely with scientists and engineers to execute experiments that support novel filtration product development.

responsibilities:

• Execute filtration applications testing and R&D laboratory experiments with minimal guidance.
• Document precise experimental data and findings in an electronic laboratory notebook (ELN).
• Perform basic experimental troubleshooting and preliminary data analysis within tight project deadlines.
• Follow detailed protocols and provide valuable feedback on experimental planning.
• Adhere strictly to all laboratory health, safety (EHS), and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols, including working safely around Hep B virus/vaccine environments.

 
qualifications:
Required:

• Associates Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, or related Life Science/Engineering discipline; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of laboratory experience.
• Prior hands-on laboratory experience following protocols and mixing solutions.
• Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM in Bedford, MA.

Preferred:

• Experience with biopharmaceutical separations (normal flow filtration, tangential flow filtration).
• Proficiency with electronic lab notebooks and Microsoft Office.
