CPA Technical Accounting Manager

Driving complex US GAAP research and audit readiness, the remote Technical Accounting Manager will partner cross-functionally to ensure accounting frameworks align with rapid business growth while managing technical accounting memos and compliance initiatives. Key responsibilities Lead US GAAP research and draft technical accounting position papers across key areas Prepare audit-ready financial statements and collaborate with external auditors for compliance Develop and implement corporate accounting policies and provide training on US GAAP topics Required qualifications 6-8 years of progressive accounting experience with a focus on technical accounting Public accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 firms In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, particularly ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 718, and ASC 340-40 Experience with SEC filers and preparing technical accounting memos CPA license is required
