With operations across the U.S. and globally, we are committed to safety, innovation, and quality while building products our customers depend on every day.What a day in the life of an Electrician at REV looks like:Assemble under dash harnesses, switch panels, circuit boards, and a variety of different electrical componentsProgramming the lights from engineering specsTroubleshoot 12V DC and 110V AC circuitryTest products to ensure performance to specificationsReading specs to make sure the trucks are built per specPerform functionality checks on airhorns, sirens, light packages, flash patterns, door locks Etc.Fix quality issuesRequired education, skills, and experience to be successful:Preferred 1-2 years of automotive electrical experience in a manufacturing environmentPreferred high school diploma or GEDAbility to read and understand engineering drawings and layouts with written and verbal instructionsAbility to understand both 12V DC and 110V AC circuitryAbility to read and use a tape measure for precise measurementsAbility to use common hand tools and power tools such as drills, and screw gunsMust have the ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for successful job performanceAbility to communicate professionally and follow directionsAbility to work in a team environmentSuccessful completion of the drug and background screeningPhysical demands of this role:Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing up and down ladders and scaffoldingAbility to regularly lift and move 40 lbs. without assistanceAbility to work with arms above headAbility to operate and understand the operation of all protective safety equipment in the areaAbility to work in non-temperature-controlled environmentsWhat makes REV unique:Medical, dental and vision benefits start on day oneMilitary-friendly employerEducation ReimbursementCareer Development OpportunitiesOpportunities to relocate to other REV locationsTerex Corporation is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
