About Our Agency:

I opened my agency in 2019, and today I lead a talented team of eight professionals. Before becoming an agent, I built my career in the insurance industry as a Regional Vice President and District Manager in home service, experience that taught me the importance of leadership, collaboration, and putting clients first. I graduated from Limestone College with a degree in Business and have been running businesses since I was just 13 years old, so entrepreneurship and hard work are truly part of who I am. Outside the office, I'm deeply involved in our community. I serve on the Legacies Leadership Board through the local Chamber of Commerce and coach 8U football, baseball, and basketball all of which allow me to stay connected and give back. Community involvement is a core part of our mission, and we're always looking for ways to make a positive impact beyond insurance. Role Description:

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chris Callahan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
