As a Office Associate for Justin Goushaw Farm Bureau Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
