Working alongside physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients while developing personalized care plans that promote wellness and improve health outcomes. We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 yearly, along with a supportive work culture and opportunities to grow professionally within our dynamic healthcare setting. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions under physician collaboration
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work, imaging, and screenings
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations
• Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records documentation
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff and clinical trainees
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
• Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure and board certification
• Clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment protocols
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities
• Compassion and commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to manage multiple patients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: Experience in primary care or specialty clinical practice
