As a Relationship Banking Business Specialist in PNC’s Retail organization, you will be based in Brick, NJ. PNC is an in‑office company that encourages collaboration and support for employees to thrive. Sponsorship for employment visas or participation in STEM OPT will not be provided for this position. Job Description Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue, achieving results through leadership and collaboration with ecosystem partners; responsible for proactive lead generation, appointments, and delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Manages lead and referral generation, leveraging product knowledge to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households; translates client information into actionable sales strategies and generates quality referrals. Develops ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a trusted advisor, coordinating with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage to meet client needs and manage follow‑up. Provides advanced conversation skills and hospitality management to differentiate client experience, solving problems courteously and escalating when necessary, advocating across product, support, operations, and other departments. Collaborates with branch team to identify opportunities and create referrals, working closely with the Branch Manager and Business Banker to expand share of wallet. Creates client loyalty by engaging in lobby activities, educating clients on technology, tools, and resources, and applying product knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems effectively. Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in branch daily operations efficiently. Licenses Applicants will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $57,750.00 – $96,250.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
