$65,000 - $80,000 Annual Salary depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing exhibits, documents, and evidence.
• Collaborate with the legal team to analyze case facts and develop compelling arguments.
• Maintain organized case files using our electronic case management system, Filevine and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel to gather information and provide updates.
• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to our practice areas to provide timely insights and recommendations to the team.
• Meet and exceed monthly billing requirement using electronic billing system, Clio

Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor's degree and must have graduated from or currently be attending law school.
• Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Interpersonal Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively on a team but also work independently.
• Must live in the Northern Nevada area, as this is an in-office position.
