Temporary Administrative Assistant

Our client in the York, PA area is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant(3-6 month contract) to join their team. As a Temporary Administrative Assistant, you will be supporting project management activities within the office environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative spirit, which will enable you to thrive in this role and contribute effectively to the team.

Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant

Location: York, PA

Pay Range: $35/hr

Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Assist in coordinating project activities and reporting obligations
• Monitor and control actions across departments to ensure timely project execution
• Prepare internal meeting minutes and reports for customers
• Track and oversee the project schedule, ensuring tasks are completed on time
• Support internal coordination efforts to facilitate smooth project operations

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of scheduling tools and project management basics
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Previous experience related to project coordination or administrative support is beneficial
• Strong organizational and communication skills
