Applying advanced nursing techniques to assess, diagnose, and treat patients
Taking on leadership and mentorship roles as a Charge Nurse
Keeping precise and thorough patient documentation
Ensuring adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
Experience as a Charge Nurse is mandatory
ENPC certification is preferred
