We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a permanentopportunity in Woodland, CA. You will evaluate and treat patients to improveindependence with daily activities, functional mobility, safety,upper-extremity function, and overall quality of life while collaborating withan interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and/or treat patients to improve ADLs,functional independence, safety, strength, coordination, and quality of life.
• Develop or carry out individualized occupationaltherapy plans of care within licensures scope.
• Recommend or implement adaptive strategies andtherapeutic activities as appropriate.
• Monitor progress and communicate changes to thecare team.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers ontreatment strategies and safety.
• Complete timely documentation and collaboratewith the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapyor Occupational Therapy Assistant program, as applicable.
• Active CA OT or COTA license in good standing,as applicable.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by theemployer.
• Strong clinical, communication, documentation,and teamwork skills.
• Experience in the applicable setting preferred.
