Lead Manufacturing Technician

Lead Manufacturing Technician role involving assembly, inspection, and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical devices in a regulated manufacturing environment. Position requires technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, quality standards knowledge, and ability to mentor junior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Set up, test, and pack final products to meet quality and production requirements
• Identify and resolve equipment, device, or product performance issues
• Guide and train other manufacturing technicians on assembly and quality standards
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Plan and execute work schedules to meet production deadlines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; AS degree in electronics or technology preferred
• Minimum 4+ years experience in cGMP regulated manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with electronic assembly and testing equipment (soldering irons, multimeters, crimp tools)
• Ability to read and interpret complex wiring schematics and engineering assembly diagrams
• Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination for precision assembly of small electronic components
• Familiarity with quality management systems and safety protocols
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing ability

Compensation: $36.00–$39.77 per hour
