What You Will Do

• Mentor and Support: Build trusting, strengths-based relationships with teachers to boost classroom quality.
• Guide Learning: Help staff plan age-appropriate activities and design engaging indoor and outdoor environments.
• Observe and Feedback: Conduct classroom observations with program tools and offer supportive verbal and written feedback.
• Facilitate Growth: Plan individual and group professional development sessions.
• Collaborate Widely: Partner with families, education management, health, mental health, and disabilities services staff.

What You Bring

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Three years of preschool teaching experience (adult mentoring or coaching background preferred).
• Core Skills: Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and a passion for continuous learning.
• Community Connection: Ability to build strong bonds with diverse families while respecting professional boundaries.
• Requirements: Clean criminal history check and required TB tests.
