Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Hospice - Hospice to join our travel team in Bartlett, TN! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active TN Amedisys Hospice LLC (25033) license
• 2+ years of Hospice - Hospice experience
• This position begins on 07/20/2026 and ends on 10/11/2026
