Are you a driven, customer-focused professional looking for an opportunity in the insurance industry? The Bellante Agency Inc. , an independent agency with American Family Insurance , is looking for a Insurance Sales/Advisor to join our team in Hales Corners, WI !

About the Role
As our Insurance Sales/Advisor , you’ll play a crucial role in growing our agency by building relationships with clients and helping them find the right insurance solutions. You’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment while having the opportunity to earn commission on top of a competitive annual wage.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Identify and reach out to potential customers to discuss insurance options
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
✅ Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs
✅ Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales
✅ Process applications, policy changes, and service requests
✅ Meet or exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Insurance and sales experience 
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
✔ Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems
✔ A team player with a positive, professional attitude
