Welcome to the exciting world of Stauer! We are based in Burnsville, Minnesota and Richmond, Virginia with over 23 years of success in direct marketing and designing luxury jewelry and fine watches from around the world. Stauer is currently looking for an Entry Level Administrative Assistant to work with our Fulfillment Team in delivering customer satisfaction through consistent, fast and reliable service. This position starts at $18 to $20  HR and is  onsite in our facility in Burnsville, MN. Full-time seasonal until the end of January or Longer based on the person and company needs. Monday through Friday Day shifts (with potential for Overtime)

We believe in being upfront — no surprises here. Here's exactly what you'll be doing as part of our Fulfillment Team:

• Keep our order process running smoothly — you'll be an active participant in maintaining Stauer's Order Processing Procedures from start to finish, every single day
• Be a connector between departments — when order issues come up (and they will!), you'll communicate across teams to resolve or cancel them quickly and accurately
• Document everything, and document it well — clear, concise notes on every customer record are a must; the details you capture today help the whole team tomorrow
• Lean into the team — we're big on collaboration here. You'll work closely with Operations personnel, accept coaching when it's offered, and help make sure every customer interaction is handled correctly
• Wear more than one hat — there will be days when other departments need a hand, and we'll need you to step in and support where it's most needed. Flexibility isn't occasional here — it's part of the job
• Support our Fulfillment departments directly — whether that's helping with processing orders or returns, assembling product, pick and packing orders, or day-to-day operational tasks, you'll be a go-to resource across the floor

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus or experience in the warehousing industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Able to lift 25lbs or more.

Schedule:

• Full-time hours - Flexible hours 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday. Saturdays are required occasionally and during peak season November through December.
