Associate Dentist

Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Reach Truck) This role combines mechanical assembly, manual packaging, and shipping preparation in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. You will assemble polymer insulators using hand and power tools, securely package finished products, and occasionally operate a reach truck forklift to move pallets. You will help ensure products meet quality standards and are ready for on‑time shipment while following all safety procedures. Responsibilities Use hand and power tools to tighten nuts and bolts on assembled polymer insulators according to quality specifications. Prepare assembled units to ensure they are structurally sound and ready for shipment. Securely pack finished products into shipping boxes following company packaging guidelines. Operate a reach truck forklift occasionally to safely move, stage, and stack pallets throughout the warehouse. Label boxed products accurately and organize them for a smooth handoff to the shipping department. Follow all company safety standards and procedures while performing mechanical assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free assembly and packaging area. Report any damaged goods, tool malfunctions, or safety hazards immediately to a supervisor. Perform general warehouse and logistics duties as assigned by management, including loading and other physical tasks. Handle materials efficiently to support continuous production and shipping operations. Essential Skills Experience with material handling in a warehouse or production environment. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for mechanical assembly. Experience with packing and general labor tasks in an industrial or warehouse setting. Ability to operate a forklift, including a reach truck, or willingness to learn under supervision. Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull heavy objects. Manual dexterity to operate power tools and handle small hardware such as nuts and bolts. Ability to follow safety procedures and report issues promptly. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with loading and unloading materials in a warehouse or production facility. Comfort working around moving mechanical parts and in environments with occasional fumes or airborne particles. Strong attention to detail when labeling, organizing, and preparing products for shipment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Why Work Here? Work Environment This is a full‑time position with a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Work takes place in a non‑climate‑controlled production facility that can become very hot during the summer months. Employees may keep water at their workstations to stay hydrated. While performing job duties, you may be occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles. The noise level is typically moderate and consistent with a production and warehouse environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA. It is a full‑time role Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
