Job Description
TITLE
OR RNFA

SCHEDULE
- Shift: 4x10s, Monday-Friday, 0645-1715
- On-call requirement: one weekday night per week and every 6th weekend

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
- Guaranteed hours: 40/week

REQUIREMENTS
- License: Active state nursing license
- Certifications: BLS, CNOR
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in relevant field
- EMR: Epic

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide perioperative care and support for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Assist in the performance of surgical procedures and collaborate with the surgical team.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to established protocols in the operating room.
- Maintain a sterile environment and assist in the preparation of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Monitor patients during and after surgery, responding to changes in condition.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in surgical nursing.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Influenza vaccine required; exemptions allowed.
- Max RTO of 7 days is allowed with manager approval.
- Fit testing may be required.
- Scrubs will be provided.
