• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p; At least 1 week/month

- Includes 1 hr lunch

- Clinic/OR; OR is scheduled 1 day per week

• Call Schedule: Nights & weekends

• Call Type: Beeper

• Call Response Time: 20 mins

• Patient Volume: Variable

• Admissions Required: Yes

• Rounding Included: Yes

• Support Staff: 2 APPs (clinic & OR), 1 RN, 5 MAs & 1 Office Staff

• Required Procedures/Skills:

- Facial trauma experience (includes Mandible Fracture Repairs; General head & neck experience only); Complex head & neck is not required.

- General Otolaryngology (Surgical & Non-surgical)

• Trauma Level: I

• Facility PEDS Level: III

• Other Info: Comprehensive ENT practice

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Requirements:

• Active MT License or IMLC

• BC/BE

• BLS, ACLS (AHA)

• Facial trauma experience (includes Mandible Fracture Repairs General head & neck experience only)
