Manufacturing Technician II

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II for an Onsite position with a Global Life Sciences Company located in Austin, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. Team members are responsible for ensuring high-quality production in a manufacturing department. This includes kitting, packaging, filling, capping, labeling, and assembling both sub-assemblies and finished goods. Many tasks will be performed in a clean manufacturing environment, adhering strictly to safety protocols with personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities: Complete manufacturing tasks with precision and consistency Fill, cap, and label vials, bottles, and tubes following established procedures Communicate and collaborate effectively to ensure daily production goals are met Work in standard and clean room environments, adhering to PPE requirements Safely operate both manual and automated filling equipment Complete training requirements on time and align with all ISO and regulatory standards Recognize and address deviations from accepted practices Maintain strong attendance and punctuality Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as needed Requirements: High school diploma or similar relevant experience Proven ability to follow policies, procedures, and schedules independently Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to lift/move objects: 10lbs regularly, 25lbs frequently, 50lbs occasionally Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Desired skills: Experience in a life sciences manufacturing company is a plus Pay range: up to $22.05 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.
