Your Mission

PostcardMania is looking for a talented SEO Copywriter who knows how to turn research, ideas, and customer success stories into content that people actually want to read.

You'll create compelling marketing content for PostcardMania, Joy Gendusa, Rocket Print & Mail, and PCM Integrations, helping small business owners understand marketing, discover solutions to their challenges, and take action.

Your writing won't just sit on a page. It will help build brand awareness, strengthen customer trust, increase organic search visibility, generate qualified leads, and ultimately contribute to company growth.

What You'll Do

• Write, edit, and publish engaging short- and long-form marketing content, including website content, blogs, educational resources, and case studies.
\n
• Interview customers and turn their experiences, challenges, and results into compelling customer stories and case studies.
\n
• Create clear, persuasive, and actionable content that helps small business owners understand marketing and take action.
\n
• Research topics, industries, competitors, customer needs, and trends to identify valuable content and organic search opportunities.
\n
• Develop and optimize content using current SEO, GEO, AEO, and AI-search best practices to improve visibility, engagement, and qualified traffic.
\n
• Create compelling headlines, introductions, calls to action, and easy-to-scan content structures that support engagement and conversion.
\n
• Use research, statistics, credible sources, and data to create authoritative, useful, and results-driven content.
\n
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams, adapt content for different brands and audiences, and manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work .

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience in marketing copywriting, content writing, communication or a related field, with strong short- and long-form writing skills.
\n
• Excellent writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills, with a strong eye for detail.
\n
• Ability to simplify complex marketing concepts and turn them into clear, engaging, and persuasive content for small business audiences.
\n
• Strong research skills and the ability to use facts, statistics, credible sources, and data to strengthen content.
\n
• Understanding of SEO and SEO-focused content creation; familiarity with GEO, AEO, AI search, or AI-assisted content creation is a plus.
\n
• Strong storytelling and interviewing skills, with the ability to turn customer conversations into compelling content.
\n
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
\n
• Experience with Microsoft Word, WordPress, AI writing tools, and standard office software
\n

Schedule

In-Office Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm – Open to hybrid and remote to the right candidate

Compensation

Commensurate with experience
