ARCHITECT / PROJECT MANAGER

$25 - $30 per hour

PART‑TIME IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The role provides day‑to‑day IT support for office staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and assisting with workstation setup and maintenance. Responsibilities: Provide day‑to‑day IT support across the office, including senior staff. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with workstation setup, onboarding, and off‑boarding. Support software updates, licensing, and system maintenance. Coordinate with IT vendors and elevate issues as needed. Maintain clear documentation of systems, processes, and inventory. Research and implement IT improvements. Provide timely, professional support to staff. Skills and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field strongly preferred or in process. Minimum two (2) years of IT support experience. Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365. Basic understanding of networks, printers, and office systems. Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and prioritize tasks. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience supporting design software (AutoCAD, Revit). Excellent English communication skills. Strong ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Experience in the AEC industry preferred. Demonstrated team player, self‑starter, independent thinker. Physical Requirements: Occasionally required to stand and walk; climb or balance crouch. Occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds. Technical Requirements: Intermediate level of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS Teams. Ability to operate office machinery and handle troubleshooting. Workstation setup and maintenance (laptops/desktops, peripherals). Knowledge of network basics (Wi‑Fi, VPN, printers, file servers). Schedule: Part time – 20‑25 hours a week. In‑office presence required five days a week. Flexible schedule with availability for occasional urgent issues. Compensation and Benefits: Hourly range: $25–30 per hour, subject to adjustment. PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

This full‑time position manages all aspects of project accounting for an architectural and engineering firm, including budgeting, cost tracking, billing, revenue recognition, and compliance with GAAP. Key Responsibilities: Project accounting: Manage budgeting, cost tracking, billing, and revenue recognition. Budgeting and forecasting: Support annual budget preparation and net fee forecasting. Audit and control: Maintain internal controls, ensure GAAP compliance, and liaise with auditors. General ledger management: Handle journal entries, accounts payable and receivable. Cash and treasury management: Oversee daily cash management activities. Qualifications and Experience: Progressive accounting experience, 4‑6 years in corporate or project‑based accounting within the architecture, engineering or construction industry. Direct project accounting experience with percentage‑completion, time & material, and client‑approved fee tracking. Monthly client billing experience using Ajera, E‑Builder, PMWEB, SCA portal, and Passport preferred. Supervisory experience and proven management skills. Financial analysis, reporting, and financial statement preparation. Expertise in bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations. Experience with the financial closing process and related administrative duties. Strong interpersonal communication with clients, consultants, and team members. Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Technical Skills: Strong command of generally accepted accounting principles. Advanced proficiency with accounting and ERP software. Advanced Excel skills. Core Competencies: Leadership and mentorship of accounting staff. Accurate and thorough financial record‑keeping and reporting. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Project management, prioritization, and deadline adherence. Confidentiality and analytical skills for financial trend analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication for collaboration and reporting. Schedule and Compensation: Salary range: $80,000–100,000, subject to adjustment. JUNIOR ARCHITECT (INTERMEDIATE)

Team member for sustainable mixed‑use, residential, educational, and institutional projects from feasibility through construction administration. Responsibilities: Join design and production of schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Interface with project manager and project architect. Assist in technical drawings and design/conceptual presentations. Participate in bid periods and construction administration, including site visits and owner coordination. Skills: Strong organization, communication, and independent design skills. Construction documentation and construction administration experience. Experience with sustainable design. Experience in NYC building codes and multi‑family housing preferred. Professional architectural degree from an accredited institution. Proficiency in Revit required. 3‑D proficiency and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) required. LEED and/or Passive House Certification a plus. Excellent English communication and client interface skills. Legally eligible to work in the United States. Compensation and Benefits: Salary range: $58,000–68,000, subject to adjustment. Full benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, annual bonus, PTO, and professional development programs.

ARCHITECT / PROJECT MANAGER

Lead interior renovations, envelope updates, and large campus projects, driving sustainability upgrades and stakeholder coordination from concept through construction administration. Responsibilities: Manage projects from interiors to complex campus renovations, ensuring sustainability upgrades. Primary client interface in collaboration with partners and senior management. Maintain project integrity across all phases, including document updates and post‑approval changes. Coordinate timely responses to submittals and information requests. Evaluate existing building conditions and modify documents accordingly. Lead staff during construction administration, site visits, and owner coordination. Skills: Extensive rehabilitation experience, inclusive of multi‑family residential projects. Strong organization, communication, and design skills. Construction documentation and construction administration experience. Deep knowledge of architectural practice and construction. Commitment to sustainable design. Experience with historic/landmark projects a plus. Experience with NYCHA and HPD a plus. Knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning a plus. Understanding of resilient design, accessibility, and multi‑family housing. Professional architectural degree required. Proficiency in Revit required. LEED and/or Passive House certification a plus. Excellent English communication and client interface skills. Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Compensation and Benefits: Salary range: $100,000–120,000, subject to adjustment. Benefits package includes medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, annual bonus, PTO, and professional development programs.

INTERMEDIATE ARCHITECT

Lead large‑scale renovation projects involving multiple buildings and campus infrastructure, incorporating BIM and LEED practices from feasibility through construction administration. Responsibilities: Team member for large renovation projects, sustainable mixed‑use and institutional projects across all phases. Interface with project manager, project architect, and project team. Coordinate design and production of schematic, design development, and construction documents. Assist in technical drawings and conceptual presentations. Participate in bid periods and construction administration, including site visits and owner coordination. Skills: Excellent Revit and BIM knowledge with full understanding of LOD standards. Strong organization, communication, and independent design skills. Construction documentation and construction administration experience. Experience in construction administration a plus. Commitment to sustainable design. Experience with NYC building codes and multi‑family housing a plus. Professional architectural degree from an accredited institution. 3‑D and Adobe suite proficiency required. LEED and/or Passive House certification a plus. Excellent English communication and client interface skills. Legally eligible to work in the United States. Compensation and Benefits: Salary range: $75,000–85,000, subject to adjustment. Benefits package includes medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, annual bonus, PTO, and professional development programs.
