You will be instrumental in helping to build and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap and delivering on business plan commitments.“I can succeed as a Fixed Income Investment Product Manager (IPM) at Capital Group”You will work cross-functionally with internal partners including sales, marketing, operations, legal, and investment professionals to address product questions, educate business partners on our offering and resolve client issues.You will participate in projects impacting the product line and client group, ensuring products and services are competitive and meet the long-term strategic direction of the client group.You will support the creation, analysis and development of product roadmaps, business cases and initiatives for our suite of credit strategies.You will build and refine product materials that best position us to engage with prospects and clients.You will engage regularly with Asset Class Services and the Investment Group to continuously refine product positioning exhibits, marketing collateral, and embedded capital markets content in pitchbooks.You can position our products through standard portfolio commentaries.You contribute to thought leadership initiative.“I am the person Capital Group is looking for.”You demonstrate knowledge of capital markets/asset classes, and the asset management industry.You possess strong content creation skills with the ability to distill complex ideas and topics effectively.You have strong project management experience and presentation skills.You have a proactive approach to work and learning.You have strong analytical skills.You are interested in our product offerings and can quickly come up to speed on a matrixed organization.You thrive in areas of high complexity and enjoy collaborating with a wide array of cross-functional partners to meet objectives and deadlines.You have courage, take initiative, and are not afraid to learn on the job with the support of your team in a dynamic environment.You demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills with a diverse group of associates from peers to senior leaders.You have the interest and ability to gain business insight on our products, clients, and trends shaping our industry.You enjoy being analytical and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative inputs to identify trends that will contribute to decision making for the products we support.Skills/QualificationsYou have 7+ years of experience in fixed income investment-related roles.Strong understanding of fixed income credit and capital markets. Experience with private markets strategies, vehicles, or client needs is a plus.Experience using AI-enabled tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms is a plus.Holds Series 7 and 63, or equivalent, licenses, and/or is willing to earn these licenses at the outset of the role.
