The Commercial Roof Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining and repairing commercial and industrial roofing systems, focusing on flat roofs. Working within a small team of 2 technicians and reporting to the Service Manager, this role requires hands-on expertise in roof repair and maintenance while ensuring strict safety compliance. The technician will occasionally travel to various sites, supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality roofing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform roof repairs on commercial flat and industrial roofing systems
- Ensure all work complies with established safety protocols
- Conduct routine maintenance to preserve roof integrity
- Collaborate effectively within a small team environment
- Travel to multiple sites as needed to complete projects
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial roofing
Preferred Qualifications
- Roof inspection expertise
- Experience with roof installation
- Strong problem-solving skills
