BAYADA at Inspira Home Health is currently seeking an experienced Home Health Aide, for a full-time or part-time opportunity performing home health visits for our Gloucester County office, located in West Deptford, NJ. This office services clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Gloucester County, NJ. Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination Have a criminal background check completed Meet all state requirements Enjoy being part of a team that cares and a company that believes in leading with our values Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides: Activities of daily living Light housekeeping Bathing Grooming Toileting Nail care Range of motion / exercises Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices Oral feeding Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc. Assisting with ambulation Medication assistance Additional Information: Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $25.00-$28.00 per visit As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.
