Responsibilities Guide buyers, secure agreements, find properties Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers Host 2+ open houses monthly Turn leads into appointments Join weekly script practice and team events Attend coaching, training, and Partner Calls Consult sellers, secure listings, promote properties Advise on pricing, staging, and listing services Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Problem-solving and communication are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a natural leader and committed to service.
