You will be expected to work with speed, accuracy, and consistency as well as maintain a team-player mentality and commitment to safety, quality, and production flow./ppCore Responsibilities:/pulliManufacturing door components including jambs, headers, thresholds, and trim pieces/liliOperate saws, routers, and cutting equipment/liliEnsure components meet size and quality specifications/liliPick components based on work orders for assembly/liliVerify correct items and quantities/liliStage materials for production carts/liliRead and follow work orders/liliConfirm measurements and specifications/liliMaintain quality standards/liliInspect components for defects, warping, or damage/liliSupport production throughput (TPUT)/liliMeet daily and hourly targets/liliMaintain safe and organized workspace/liliFollow PPE and 6S standards/liliWork cooperatively with team members/liliCommunicate shortages or issues immediately/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliAbility to use power tools: saws, routers, drills, nail guns/liliAbility to read a tape measure down to 1/16 inch/liliAbility to read and understand work orders/liliBasic math skills including fractions/liliInspect materials for quality and accuracy/liliStrong commitment to safety standards/liliWork well with team members/liliMaintain equipment properly/liliKeep work area clean and organized/liliReport discrepancies immediately/liliReliable work history preferred/liliStand for 8+ hours/liliLift 4575 lbs regularly/liliStrong communication skills/li/ulpWhat Were Looking For:/pulliHard-working and dependable/liliAttention to detail and accuracy/liliPositive attitude/liliWillingness to learn/liliAccountability for quality and output/li/ulpWork Environment:/pulliFast-paced manufacturing environment/liliExposure to cutting equipment and machinery/liliPhysically active role/li/ulpCompensation:/pulliBi-Weekly Pay/liliRate: $17 or more DOE/liliMedical, dental, vision and other supplemental insurances available/liliPaid time off, paid company holidays and 401k plan/li/ulpLocation: AZ Krosswood Doors/ppFull-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time/ppEOE Statement: We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
