This 111-bed hospital is part of a diversified healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier, with acute care, rehabilitation, and behavioral health facilities from coast to coast. The Birth Center features state-of-the-art private birth suites, 6 LDRP rooms, 11 dedicated postpartum/recovery rooms, two dedicated cesarean section ORs, and a fully staffed Level II NICU equipped to care for infants born after 32 weeks. Cross-trained nursing staff practice couplet care, ensuring seamless and coordinated care for both mothers and babies.

Job Details:

• Join a full scope OB/GYN practice alongside 2 established physicians with full support staff
• Clinic Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Hospital rounding: 30–60 minutes daily for Labor & Delivery and postpartum patients
• Call rotation: Currently 1:3 or better, approximately 7 call days per month with ~75% likelihood of being called in
• Delivery volume of approximately 68 deliveries per month
• Procedural competency required in vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and GYN surgery
• TOLAC/VBAC experience required
• Robotic surgery platform available on-site
• Technology includes ultrasound, NST monitoring, and fetal dopplers
• EMR systems: Athena (clinic) and Paragon (hospital)
