The Crab Pad, a women-owned seafood restaurant in the heart of Logan Square, Chicago, is looking for an experienced server to join our team. If you have a knack for creating memorable dining experiences and love the idea of serving bold Viet-Cajun seafood boils in a fun, casual setting, we’d love to hear from you!

At The Crab Pad, we’re all about bringing people together over messy bags of crab, shrimp, and our signature sauces. From garlic noodles to our build-your-own popsicle bar, we’ve created a space where birthdays, date nights, and group dinners turn into unforgettable memories. As a BYOB spot, we keep things lively and laid-back, making every visit feel like a celebration.

As a server at The Crab Pad, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional service to all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Taking orders and delivering food and beverages promptly.
• Offering menu recommendations and answering questions about our dishes, including our signature Viet-Cajun seafood boils.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborating with team members to create a seamless dining experience.
• Upholding our commitment to quality, hospitality, and fun!

We’re seeking someone who’s as passionate about great food and service as we are. Here’s what makes a great fit for our team:

• At least 3 years of server experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
• A team player who’s ready to jump in and help wherever needed.
• A genuine love for creating memorable dining experiences.
