Shift Details:

• 12-hours shift

• Days and nights, including weekends and holidays

• Minimum of 2 shifts per week or as needed

Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical Rehabilitation RN

Registered Nurse Med - Surg Duties & Responsibilities:

• RNs will provide comprehensive nursing care for patients recovering from major surgeries, strokes, complex medical conditions, severe injuries, and disabilities.

• The RNs will assist in restoring patient independence through rigorous daily multidisciplinary therapies, including at least three (3) hours of intensive therapy per day, discharge-readiness preparation, and education for patients and their families.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current, valid, and unrestrictedCA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

• Minimum of one (1) year of recent acute care medical-surgical rehabilitation experience.

• AHA, BLS Certificate

• MAB or CPI

• LA City Fire and Life Safety Card (must be LA City)

• Must complete the LA County Employee Health Clearance before assignment start date

• Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
