Facilities Assistant (Student)
Pace University
Description Assist with all aspects of operations and facility maintenance of the Goldstein Health, Fitness, and Recreation Center and all other athletic facilities.
- Setup and breakdown for events
- Event staff for events and hosted athletic contests.
- Front Desk, weight room attendant
- Building supervisor
- Knowing and enforcing the rules and regulations of the facility.
- Must be willing to work weekends and have a flexible schedule.
- Perform other such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Must be able to handle confidential information in a discreet manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and patient with visitors
- Office experience a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Must be willing to work weekends and have a flexible schedule
