Occupational Therapist (OT) - General

Home Health Clinician Skilled Home Care

Self-scheduled visits, with a minimum of 6 points per day, typically 68 visits per day. Weekend work may be required 12 weekends per contract.

Contract length and hours may vary based on office needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required.
• Prior home health experience is preferred, OASIS training is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for home visits.
• Active Florida or Compact license is required at time of submission.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home assessments and develop plans of care.
• Provide support for activities of daily living (ADL).
• Administer wound care and manage prosthetic/amputee care.
• Deliver cardio-respiratory care, including trach management.
• Engage in neuro rehabilitation for patients post-stroke.
• Educate patients and families on health management.

COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exemptions allowed for medical or religious reasons. Flu vaccine required or documented declination, with mandatory masking for unvaccinated individuals while at work.
