Parts Department Associate

Airport Auto Body

Job Description

We are a well established auto body repair facility, seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts for vehicles in our shop
Assisting service writers regarding part availability, pricing, and compatibility
Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions, including invoices, purchase orders, and returns
Collaborate with the service writers to ensure timely delivery of parts
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parts department
Monitor and manage inventory levels in the parts department
Adhere to all shop policies, including safety and compliance regulations

Requirements:

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using computer systems and automotive parts software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all tasks
