Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.50/hr

What’s a typical day as a Warehouse/Floater Associate? You’ll be:

• Opening container doors on trucks for loading and unloading grains and feed
• Assisting production with cleaning, general labor, and floater duties
• Spotting drivers and helping direct truck movement in the yard
• Inspecting containers for cleanliness and suitability
• Supporting general warehouse and production operations as required

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are able to work in a physical, active, non-climate-controlled setting
• Are comfortable with repetitive motions and standing for the duration of your shift
• Have previous warehouse, general labor, or production experience (preferred but not required)
• Have reliable attendance for a short-term assignment, with potential to become temp-to-hire
• Are willing to perform a variety of support duties to help the team
• Bring a strong sense of teamwork and a positive attitude
