Cardiology - Noninvasive Physician

Tandym Health

A health services system in Massachusetts is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to provide inpatient cardiology coverage across two hospital campuses. This locum opportunity offers a weekday schedule, no call, and the support of an advanced practice provider.

About the Opportunity:

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8am to 5pm
Setting: Inpatient

Responsibilities:

Provide inpatient non-invasive cardiology consultations and follow-up care
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult patients with cardiovascular conditions
Interpret and manage non-invasive cardiac diagnostics as appropriate
Collaborate with advanced practice providers, hospitalists, and multidisciplinary care teams
Document patient encounters accurately in Epic

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree
Fellowship training in Cardiovascular Disease
Board certification in Cardiovascular Disease
Active Massachusetts medical license or willingness to obtain one
Active DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration or willingness to obtain them

Desired Skills:

Prior locum tenens or travel experience
