Project Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, through project closure. Lead Adobe Experience Cloud implementation, migration, enhancement, and optimization projects. Collaborate with clients, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and technical teams to define project objectives and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets. Coordinate multiple project workstreams across technical, business, and operational teams. Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and escalations. Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and status reporting. Ensure projects comply with contractual obligations, quality standards, and delivery methodologies. Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and project documentation. Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, hypercare, and project sign-off. Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Support pre-sales activities by contributing to project estimations, delivery planning, and statements of work (SOWs). Ensure successful knowledge transfer and transition to support or managed services teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise software implementations. 3+ years managing Adobe Experience Cloud implementation projects. Demonstrated success delivering projects with budgets, timelines, and resource constraints. Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and client engagement skills. Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
