Overview
Registered Nurse – House Supervisor travel assignment in Newark, New York. The position supports a 180-bed skilled nursing/long-term care and rehab facility. Start date: 09/08/2026 for an assignment lasting multiple weeks. Shift pattern: 4x9 nights. Weekly pay range: $2,301–$2,327 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0 per week. This is a temporary travel role with on-site supervision across multiple units when applicable.

Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing care across multiple units, acting as charge/lead for on-coming shifts
- Oversee patient care delivery, de-escalation and safety management for behavioral patients, and emergency response
- Manage IV starts/maintenance, PICC line care, wound care, ostomy and tube-feed management
- Ensure infection control compliance, accurate documentation in the EMR, and incident reporting
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support care plans, regulatory readiness, and staff coaching

Requirements
- active NY RN license in hand to submit
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of charge/lead nursing experience, with EPIC EMR experience required
- Ability to work evenings/nights/weekends as part of the off-shift schedule
- Travel assignment eligibility; candidates must reside >75 miles from the assignment location
