Lentini Auto Salvage is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Account Representative to join our Sales Department. This is a fast-paced position focused on managing and processing electronic orders while delivering exceptional customer service from start to finish.

Position Details
Position: Account Representative - Electronic Sales
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $25.00 per hour plus small commission on net sales
Full-time, in-office position (Remote will be considered for the right person)

What You'll Do - As an Account Representative, you'll be responsible for managing customer orders from the moment they are electronically received until they are successfully delivered.

Your responsibilities include:

Process electronic orders from multiple online platforms.
Contact every customer after receiving an order to:
- Confirm the correct parts were ordered.
- Verify the vehicle information.
- Confirm the delivery address.
- Verify the requested delivery date and timing.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor open orders from start to finish.
- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Resolve customer questions or issues quickly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after delivery.
- Maintain detailed notes and communicate effectively with both customers and internal departments.

- Works well independently while also being a strong team player.
- Has previous customer service, sales, or account management experience (automotive industry experience is a plus but not required).
