Store Manager - Nonprofit Retail Store Location: Normal, IL Pay: $60,000 per year Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Store Hours: Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

We are a local nonprofit organization seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store in Normal, IL. This is an opportunity to build a successful team while supporting a mission that positively impacts our community. Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily store operations
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new employees
- Create and manage employee schedules and labor hours
- Coach and develop team members to ensure success
- Monitor store performance and operational standards
- Understand and manage profit and loss (P&L)
- Ensure outstanding customer service and a positive shopping experience
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
- Report directly to the District Manager
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of retail or restaurant industry experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience
- Knowledge of profit and loss (P&L)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license required
